Welcome to Geo Spy (“the App”), operated by 29 one 7 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

2. User Obligations
You agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Modify, adapt, or hack the App or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access.

3. Analytics & Privacy
  • No Personal Tracking: We do not collect any personal data that can identify you.
  • Aggregate Analytics: We use third-party analytics tools to monitor App performance and usage patterns in aggregate form. No analytics data is associated with individual user identities.
  • No Data Selling: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Updates and Support
We may provide updates or patches to the App at our discretion. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to provide maintenance, technical support, or updates.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 29 one 7 LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. No Refunds
All purchases, subscriptions, and fees paid through or in connection with the App are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post revised Terms within the App or on our website; the “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the date of last revision. Your continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
